I purchased these at a shop called ear, which is part of the PAL group. The brand is TEMPERATE. I bought them for a trip to a place with snow, but I only wore them once, so they're in excellent condition! There are no noticeable scratches. The size is 40, but I usually wear a 37. They fit well, considering I would wear thick socks. If they're too big, there are included insoles to adjust the fit. The color is brown.
