This is a Patagonia Diamond Quilt Snap-T. The color is not pure white, but off-white (slightly beige). The size is M, but it's a large fit, equivalent to a Japanese men's L size. I purchased it on Mercari before, and it was bought in Hawaii, so it's likely not available in Japan. There is a faint stain on the left sleeve. See photo 9.
