I was able to wear this until around 18 months old. Since it doesn't have a hood, it was easy to use when spending time outdoors. The inside color is light pink, so I think it can be used by both boys and girls. There was a part of the inside where some feathers were sticking out, but I don't think it affects wearability (Image 6). Since this is a personal inspection, there may be other oversights.
