This is a silk fukuro obi (bag-style obi) featuring a gorgeous pink peony floral pattern. It was purchased as a set from Yamato, where the furisode (long-sleeved kimono) was custom-made. It has been worn twice and stored in a paulownia chest in a protective paper wrapping.
