I've used this for about two and a half years. I always wore it to prevent sunburn. It was long, reaching above my elbows, but the elastic has stretched out and become loose. Because it's stretched, it's loose overall, and I don't think it functions well as elastic anymore. I used it frequently, so there's fraying and looseness throughout. Please understand that this is a used item.
