This is a YAMAHA ZR796300. It's the beater that comes standard with the fp720. I received this as a gift, and it's hardly worn. However, there are traces of a small, round plastic-like material that was attached, which remain slightly (photos 4 and 5). The other surfaces are usable without issue, so if you're concerned, you can simply avoid that area and use it normally. I used it by shifting the contact point myself. It's still perfectly usable, but please understand that this is a used item.
