Brand new with tags, never used. Purchased at Birthday. My Little Wonder. The collar is corduroy and there's a message point on the chest. The buttons are snaps. It's super cute, but I missed the season to wear it, so I'm sadly putting it up for sale. I would buy it again if it came in larger sizes, that's how much I recommend it. Perfect for this season.
