The cover has been washed. 37 x 27 cm Power consumption is 13W Cover surface temperature: approximately 40 degrees Celsius (strong) and approximately 35 degrees Celsius (weak) There is no switch to change the temperature; it's a type that changes depending on the surface (front/back). When turned on, the front surface is weak, and the back surface is strong. The heater is made of resin, so you can wipe it even if it gets a little wet, so I bought it for my senior dog. The temperature is low enough to prevent burns, so it's safe to leave your pet unattended. Thank you.
