This is a coat that appears to be from the US military around the 1940s, based on the buttons, construction, and materials. (If it's not from the US military, I apologize, but it is undoubtedly an old item from around that era.) It is a "Tielocken" type, and I have only seen this one example of this type, so I don't know the model name or exact year. It's possible that the original owner modified it, as is common with old military items. I really didn't want to part with it because it's so cool, but I've gained weight and it seems unlikely I'll be able to wear it, so I've decided to sell it. I believe this is a very rare item. The hood, which is often missing, is still present, but the liner is gone. The epaulets have been cleanly cut off at the base. There is a small scratch on the lining near the hem of the back. This is on the lining and not visible from the outside. Other than that, there are no other noticeable damages, and considering its age, I believe it is in good condition. I was able to wear it comfortably when I was around 167cm tall and weighed about 70kg, so I estimate the size to be around a 36. This is being sold due to an unexpected expense and the urgent need for funds. I will be listing other items quickly as well, so I am prioritizing other tasks over taking measurements.
