The color is a navy that leans slightly towards purple. It features adjustable cuffs with Velcro closures. There is no noticeable dirt on the Velcro. I used it when going out. I think it's in relatively good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular. I am also selling a pink one in a different size.
