This is a Showa-era tin toy. It has a gimmick where the propeller spins when you run it forward by hand. I believe this is almost the same product as the "Nemoto XY-07 Space Shuttle," but instead of the usual "MADE IN JAPAN" marking, this one has the "FOREIGN" marking. I imagine it was made for export and designed to be considerate of the feelings of the people in the importing country. The propeller is slightly bent, but it can be bent back into shape.
