When trying to extract coffee, hot water flows into the drip tray, and no coffee comes out of the dispensing spout. The coffee grounds are discharged into the tray in a dry state. I purchased this from an authorized dealer 8 years ago. For the past week or so, I've noticed that the amount of coffee extracted has been decreasing, and sometimes it makes a sound but no coffee comes out. The next day it might work, or it might not work again. I have regularly descaled it thoroughly. It is powered on, and the steam function also works, so I tried it even after the malfunction, but it may require manufacturer repair. I haven't used the steam function because I was worried about it getting dirty. There is overall wear and tear, and there are some remaining coffee grounds that I couldn't remove. I hope someone who can use it for parts or repair can make use of it.
