This is the New Jersey Flare skirt from Deuxième Classe, EVERYDAY I LIKE. I purchased and tried it on at the beginning of this year. It's unused because the size didn't fit. It was stored hanging on a skirt hanger, so there are marks from the clips on the waist. Color is black, size is 38, length is about 88.5cm. Material is 67% rayon, 29% nylon, 4% polyurethane.
