Chicago returned to Japan last September to headline the Blue Note Jazz Festival. This live album, officially numbered as their 26th album, captures a live performance from July 1999 in Chicago, Illinois, and was released overseas. The new song "Back to You" is particularly outstanding. With a lineup change from the original members, featuring Keith Howland on guitar, Jason Scheff on bass, and Tris Imboden on drums, along with Bill Champlin, the band now consists of eight members.
