Used for 3 seasons only in winter. The ties to secure the futon show some wear, but it's not visible from the outside. I put a blanket between the futon and my body to prevent direct skin contact with the duvet cover, so I think the condition is good. The pillowcase was stored unused. Both the duvet cover and pillowcase have been washed before listing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item, as this is a used item. I will compress it slightly for shipping. Please forgive any fold wrinkles.
