This is a WHITE STAG jacquard Chinese jacket. The intricate color arrangement gives it a luxurious and elegant antique feel. There are some loose threads here and there, but they are not very noticeable, and it can still be worn. Although it's a women's jacket, it's oversized, so I've categorized it as men's.
