This is a silk celebratory kimono for a Hatsumairi (Shinto shrine visit for newborns). Outer fabric: Silk Lining: Polyester The kimono itself has never been worn and has no stains or dirt. However, the ties that originally came with the kimono were removed and used for another kimono. Therefore, you will need to prepare and sew on your own ties when wearing it.
