This is a blouse from Snidel. I bought it a few years ago for a wedding and wore it about three times. The ruffles on the shoulders and cuffs are cute, and the sleeves are made of sheer material, so I think it can be worn in both a mature and cute style. There are no stains or dirt, but there are a few small scratches like in photo 8. They are barely noticeable unless you look closely.
