The device functions without issue, but the adapter has a mummy-like appearance because a friend repaired it. Also, the base is loose, so it's reinforced with gray electrical tape. The few millimeters of gray at the base of the jack in photo 4 is electrical tape. Even with the tape, it still wobbles, so I used it by wrapping it around the master level and BAL knobs to stabilize it. Please consider these points before purchasing. Other than that, there is no noticeable damage. *Please treat this as junk due to the repairs.* Thank you.
