This item was purchased used. I got it because it's highly recommended for preventing flat head syndrome. I mainly used it with a bath towel over it, but I didn't get a chance to use it for even a week. The outer cover is clean with no stains, but as you can see in the photos, there are multiple stains on the inner cushion. They look like sweat stains, so they might come off if washed, but I will ship it as is. Since it's the inner cushion that has the stains, the outer cover is in good condition. Would anyone who doesn't mind the stains be interested? This item is quite large, so I will ship it in a plastic bag.
