The unit has some small scratches from use by a child, but they are not noticeable. It was working without any problems. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the squishy button is slightly torn, so the texture is rough. If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing. Batteries, box, and instruction manual are not included.
