This is a stand for cooling baked chiffon cakes upside down. It supports holes in baking pans with diameters from 18mm to 38mm, so please check the diameter of the hole in your pan. If you're currently using bottles as a substitute, please give this a try – it provides stability. If you wish to purchase two or more, please comment first and I will adjust the price.
