This is a Blackburn carrier. Pannier bags can also be used with it. I've forgotten the product name, but it's probably the "Local Deluxe Carrier." However, unlike the product I can see online, it didn't come with the parts to adjust the height. I believe this carrier is compatible with 26-inch to 700C wheels. I used it on a 26-inch MTB with an adapter (a type that attaches with a quick release) to add fenders. I will include this adapter, so please use it. I've also included a picture of the rear carrier temporarily attached to a 650B x 2.1-inch bike, so please refer to it. Please note that there are scratches from use, and the paint on the top plate is worn in some places, but it's still in usable condition. Thank you!
