This is a 110cm pleated skirt from Hacka Kids. It was given to me as a hand-me-down, so it shows signs of wear. The color is navy, close to black. It has a cotton lining, and the outer fabric is somewhat sheer. There is a snag near the front of the waist, and the fabric is slightly pulled. Also, there are fold wrinkles from storage. How about it for formal occasions like interviews or recitals, where it will only be worn for a short time?
