The condition includes minor scratches, dullness, and black marks on the back of the stone (from the manufacturing process). The stone is likely jade. I have magnified it with a gemological loupe. It looks clean for an old item, without much feeling of use. How about using it for necklaces, keychains, or handmade parts?
