I think this cushion really helped me, to the point where I might have struggled with twin care without it. I only used it twice for simultaneous breastfeeding. It's perfect for laying twins down, and the cushion is comfortable, so the twins slept well. The buckle belt tore because I was hanging the buckle on the wall, so I'm offering a significant discount. The cushion seems difficult to wash, so I haven't washed it. There are stains. Please check the photos for the condition of the stains. I washed the cover and stored it in a closet, but I recommend washing it again before use.
