This is a 15 quality hat, about 1.5 times the standard quality of the time, and is a high-quality hat. This particular piece uses extremely thin fur felt, but it has a strong firmness and allows for a very sharp-edged mold. The surface is also very smooth and has a luxurious texture reminiscent of beaver fur. The mist gray body with a deep purple sharkgill ribbon is exquisite and has an air of elegance.
