I did, however, insert thermal paper once to test the cutter. (This is not the test thermal paper.) The test thermal paper bag has been opened, but the paper is unused. The power adapter is genuine. I am selling this because I decided to switch to a different receipt printer before using this one. I will ship it in the box of the other receipt printer. Please understand that returns are not accepted before purchasing.
