This is a DoD Tongari Hat. I've only used it once. There is some dirt on the rope. There are some creases, but I think it can be used without any problems. I am selling it because I got rid of my one-pole tent. It has been used outdoors. Thank you for your understanding. Depending on the size, I will ship it with the rope untied. Please be aware of this.
