This is a small figurine of a woman, popular in Europe in the 1920s, known as "le petit baigneurs" (La Petit Baigneuse). This one appears to have originally been a trinket box, with a woman riding on a turtle and holding an umbrella. I believe this motif is quite rare. There are no noticeable cracks, but please check the condition carefully in the photos before purchasing.
