This is a Nichiwa Ginga-jirushi Ta-zao Tsugaru-jamisen (shamisen). It's in beautiful condition, perfect for beginners. It only has a sound-dampening koma (bridge). A bachi (plectrum) and soft case are included. The total length is about 1 meter.
