This is an arcade stick, a Fighting Stick α purchased new, with a Sanwa Denshi silent lever featuring an adjustable switch and QANBA silent buttons (orange) installed. Although I installed them, I haven't had much opportunity to play fighting games since, so it's only been used a few times. It is technically a used item, but I have confirmed that it works properly.
