ELLE The fabric itself is stretch shirring and lace. It fits the body well and I think it's a material that doesn't lose its shape easily. I received it as a gift and only wore it once, and the season ended. It's a common occurrence for this age group that it becomes too small the following year. The lace detailing is really cute.
