Thank you for viewing. This is a custom hollow-body headless guitar made by Canton Custom Instruments. It was made by Rick Canton, known in the guitar world, as it was once used by technicians such as Allan Holdsworth and Tim Miller. I purchased it five years ago at a musical instrument store in Tokyo (manufacturing year unknown, probably 2010s). Since then, I've made various modifications and neck repairs, but I've realized that it's too much for me, and I've decided to put it up for sale. I'm looking to sell it to those who call themselves Holdsworth fans, as well as legato players who can make good use of this instrument. As you can see in the photos, it's not exactly a beautiful guitar, and there are some scratches and paint unevenness, but there are no problems with playing on either the neck or the body. In addition to the paint lifting on the burl maple top and cracks near the neck pocket, there are various points to be improved, such as the PU ring screws and jack plate replacement, but the neck is almost straight, the string height is about 1.2mm on the 6th string side and about 1.0mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret, and the J-Custom bridge is also fully functional. Currently, the neck PU is a Duncan Seth Lover, and the bridge side is an SH-1b. It's adjusted with ghs strings 11-50, and I've confirmed that it produces sound through an amplifier without any problems. The combination of the Duncan uncle's masterpiece PU and the airiness of the chambered body creates a rich sound when you turn up the gain a bit. Below are the product specifications, as far as I know. Neck = Flame Maple Fingerboard = Ebony Body Top = Burl Maple 1p Body Back = Alder? or Maple? 2p (hollowed) Scale = 25.5 inches (648mm) 0F Width = 1.65 inches (42mm) The item will be shipped as is, in the Swedish-made gig bag shown in the photos, wrapped in bubble wrap, and in a guitar-sized cardboard box. As it is a rare instrument, I am listing it at a corresponding price, but since it is covered in the fingerprints of an amateur, I will try to accommodate requests for discounts as much as possible. I will also answer any questions to the best of my ability. Thank you for viewing. Type... Headless
