It has a border pattern similar to that of the Waziri tribe residing in northern Afghanistan, and the overall texture is solid. The way the white lines appear on the deep wine red is very Turkmen-like. Despite the short, smooth pile, the weave is dense. The size is suitable for in front of a three-seater sofa or as a bedside rug. As a 55-year-old vintage rug, the luster is quite impressive.
