I have taken measures to prevent the lining from showing through and have treated the fabric to prevent color transfer. I have also used the same specifications for my own doll activities, such as photoshoots, and have not observed any color transfer. However, I cannot guarantee the effects of long-term wear, so if you are concerned, please take your own precautions.
