This is the "Scrubba Wash Bag," a portable laundry bag from Australia. It has numerous protrusions (a washboard) on the inside, and by simply adding a small amount of water and detergent and washing by hand, it achieves cleaning power comparable to a washing machine. I used it once during a trip to Europe. After that, I washed it thoroughly, dried it completely, and stored it in a dark place at home. Since it has been used only a few times, there are no issues with the internal protrusions or peeling of the outer print, and it is in very clean condition overall.
