This is a cute hat with a Liberty print in pastel colors. I removed the tag, but I hesitated to use it because it doesn't have a chin strap. Now the size doesn't fit anymore. The size is indicated as T2, 18-24M, and the outer circumference (at the ribbon) is about 48cm, measured by a layman.
