This is a Level 3 fleece that is part of the ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System) of the US Army. High-performance Polartec, which is not only highly insulating but also excellent in moisture-wicking, quick-drying, lightweight, and durable, is used as the material. The pockets are on the outside at the hem on both sides, and on the inside on the chest on both sides with mesh pockets. This is a used item from the US military, but it is in very good condition and appears to be almost unused.
