This is a set of the Derila Ergo pillow and cover. It will be shipped in the condition shown in the first photo. The second photo shows the main body with a separately sold cover, but it's a photo of the Derila Ergo that I'm currently using. The cover is a simple white and feels good against the skin. After struggling with pillows for a long time, I tried this one and realized that the neck pain I used to have when I woke up in the morning was gone, and the quality of my sleep had improved.
