Before listing, I performed a basic cleaning and lubricated it with food additive-compliant blade oil. *I have not performed any restoration (disassembly, repair, etc.) myself. Although I haven't actually made noodles with it, the handle operated smoothly during the operational check. I'm including 500g of strong flour for test dough and cleaning.
