The cartridge case has been lost, so it will be shipped inside the DS. I got bored of the included game cartridge halfway through, and haven't used it for anything else, so I think the usage time is short. There isn't much screen-scratching operation in this game, so I think the screen is clean. (However, since it is a used item, I cannot guarantee that there are absolutely no scratches.)
