This is a wavy-edged dough scraper used for making bread dough and pie crusts. I haven't used it for bread making in a while and have been storing it at home for a long time. It's probably made of stainless steel and is sturdy, so it should still be usable. A dough cutter is also included. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
