I have confirmed that it works and that it powers on. There is no noticeable noise, but please understand that noise may occur depending on the model you use it with, so no returns or refunds will be accepted. To prevent swapping, returns are not accepted. I will always check the operation, confirm the accessories, and take photos before shipping. There are some minor scratches, etc., that appear to be from the unit bumping into other effects pedals, but in my opinion, it's in good condition. I am a private seller, so there may be oversights.
