The belt doesn't shift, so it can tighten the pelvis in the correct position. I only use these at home because my stomach tends to spill over. I have other leggings and can't use them all, so I'm selling these. The seal on the opening got a little dirty during home storage. There was a cut in the seal from the beginning.
