The handle is damaged. How about someone who wants to remake it? You could wrap a scarf or something around the handle. The exterior doesn't seem to have much noticeable scratches or dirt. The handle length is adjustable. The interior also has some dirt from use. (It closes with a snap magnet) The color, pattern, and design condition are as shown in the photos.
