The outer box and instruction manual are not included. Only the game console itself is included. The buttons inside do not work properly, and the squishy buttons are coming off. The console itself is not crushed. When cleaning, it doesn't respond when pulled towards the front. The scene doesn't change from there, so I have to shut it down. I am selling this as a junk item.
