These are children's tights from Nishimatsuya. The tag says the size is 95-115, but when my child was 100cm tall (preschool age), there was quite a bit of extra length at the ankles. I thought it was just us, but other kids had the same issue, so I think they run large. (Everyone wore them for the school play.) My child was able to wear them until they were size 120. They show some signs of wear.
