This is a set consisting of an I-O Data HVT-BTL terrestrial and BS digital high-definition tuner and a UHF antenna from Nippon Antenna Co., Ltd. - Tuner unit - AC adapter for tuner - Remote control for tuner - Antenna (UHF) - AC adapter for antenna The photos show a B-CAS card, but the B-CAS card is not included in the items for sale. I have confirmed that the tuner and antenna power on. I have also confirmed that the screen outputs correctly via HDMI and that the remote control works. However, I have not confirmed that terrestrial digital broadcasts can be received correctly via the UHF antenna (as I am unsure how to orient the antenna). ---- I purchased this around 2011. I bought it in March after a major disaster so that I could watch terrestrial broadcasts in the office in case of an emergency. I also purchased the antenna at the same time because there was no TV antenna in the office. However, I realized that simply having this in the office would create an obligation to pay NHK reception fees, which I had not had before, so I brought it home and stored it there. The remote control is required to operate the tuner, and there are no operation buttons on the tuner unit itself. I think this is an unsuitable specification for emergencies. However, I think it can be used without any problems for the purpose of watching TV on a computer display during normal times.
