This is a Wisteria Terrace Gift Set (Overseas Version) that I won in a Sylvanian Families lottery in July 2025. It's new and unopened, but the packaging has been scraped during transport due to the string (see photo 7). Also, since it's unopened, I haven't been able to check for initial defects. If there are any initial defects, please contact the manufacturer yourself. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been in someone's possession once.
